Order Processing

All in-stock items are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 3-5 business days, so please allow this processing window before your parcel begins its journey.

During holidays, promotional periods, launches, sales, or peak seasonal demand, processing may take a little longer than usual because order volumes can be higher.

If an item temporarily goes out of stock after your order is placed, processing and shipping may also take longer, but your order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available again.

Processing time is separate from shipping time and applies regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout, which means the delivery estimate begins only after your order has been marked as shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the status of your shipment online.

Delivery Time

Our standard shipping time is usually 6-14 business days after your order has been marked as shipped.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of US$70 or more after discounts, to supported destinations. The minimum is converted automatically into your checkout currency and can change with exchange rates.

No shipping code is needed. Below this minimum, the standard shipping rate shown at checkout applies. Your delivery address determines shipping availability and the final rate.

Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order, as meriphora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

Refusing delivery or not collecting a parcel does not by itself clearly notify us of withdrawal. Please tell us if you wish to withdraw. For a valid statutory withdrawal, we do not impose handling penalties or retrospectively charge shipping that was free at purchase. Other costs are considered only where lawful and previously disclosed. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
